I found out that if I type some chinese under the title field. It will show the error "Index is out of bound". What is it?

It must be possible. 

I can not know what the error is, we use it for Chinese sites all the time. 

The exactly error is Index was outside the bounds of the array.

Besides, it works fine under VS. NET design mode.

But when I upload to server, this error occurred.
