Wrong title in folder "Create new" drop down list

Found a small bug.
I have a folder named "Tags" which is set to contain only a content type named Tag.
When go to the folder, and click "Create new", the first option available is always the same name as the current folders name.
I would expect it to be the content type name. It says "Tags", but should have been "Tag".
